I've tried both the client and steam. I've tried only have one of each installed, I've reinstalled each 3 times over. First I was having trouble patching, but after downloading the files the patch goes through perfect, but once I press launch the "XIGNCODE3" thing in the bottom right appears and I'm greeted instantly by "DragonNest has stopped working". Any solutions, please. Running Win10, latest insider build (1.70127-1750). I've tried compatibility mode, I always run as admin. Please help

Heya, let's see if we can't fix your IGNCODE3 error with this. I helped someone else with it in the past.
Download link
You're going to extract that .rar and have it replace the IGNCODE folder in your DN folder.
For the normal client, it's someplace like C:\Program Files\EYEDENTITY GAMES\Dragon Nest
For the steam client, it's someplace like C:\Steam Library\SteamApps\common\dragonnest\Dragon Nest
(NOTE: I UPLOADED MY IGNCODE FOLDER FOR THE NORMAL CLIENT, SO IF IT DOESN'T WORK FOR STEAM, LET ME KNOW AND I'LL GET THE FOLDER FROM MY STEAM CLIENT UPLOADED INSTEAD.)
Anyway, try that, let me know if it helps.

Sorry for the late reply, I did as you explained. The first time I open dragon nest after replacing that folder, nothing happens. The second time the thing in the bottom right pops up and I get "DragonNest has stopped" instantly. I haven't tried on steam, on the normal client. I would like to add that even tho the thing pops on in the bottom right, the bar doesn't move or anything. It pops up and crashes instantly. Any ideas?

Hm.. I'm not really sure what's going on then. There isn't anymore information you can give us? It only says "Dragon Nest has stopped"?
Can you screencap when that message comes up? And just for good measure, can you also screencap your file folder? Mine looks like the following, and I'm wondering if maybe there's something different about yours that we don't know about.
Check C:\Program Files\EYEDENTITY GAMES\Dragon Nest\

Alright, so on the bright side, I don't see anything weird with files. Here's something interesting that might fix it, maybe?
Derived from this thread from cherrycredits forum: http://forum.cherrycredits.com/topic...opped-working/
tl;dr Windows has something called Data Execution Prevention, which can stop some programs from running. It's meant to help protect your system.
Anyway, let's make sure Windows isn't "blocking" Dragon Nest, like it has for some other people.
--> Open Control Panel
--> Click "System and Security" (Green text)
--> Click "System" (Green text)
--> Click "Advanced system settings" (Black text on the left of the screen)
--> Under "Advanced" tab, click the "Settings" button of the "Performance" section
--> Click "Data Execution Prevention" tab
--> Click "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select"
------> Add the "DNLauncher.exe" and "DragonNest.exe" files to that list
Give that another stab and update us here with the results.
